For your convenience, we accept personal checks with proper identification, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. As a courtesy to you, we will gladly file your primary dental and medical insurance. All copays, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts are due and payable at the time of service.
Insurance policies are a contractual agreement between an insurance carrier and the insured. Our office does its very best to verify your benefits before your procedure. We will submit a pre-determiniation to your insurance carrier so we can give you the most accurate estimate for your surgery. In the event your insurance company does not compensate us within 90 days after billing, we will require you to pay us directly and you will need to work our your difficulties with your insurance carrier. If you terminate your insurance before treatment is rendered, you will be charged our full fees directly and payment is due immediately.
